When using membrane technology for the production of sodium hydroxide and chlorine, high-purity brine must be used to prevent membrane fouling. The Lewatit^® resins functionalised with iminodiacetic acid and aminomethylphosphonic acid are today´s industrial standard for brine purification. We also provide excellent resins for waste water treatment, in the diaphragm and amalgam processes.
